My Mom

‘My Mom’ portrays the life of a mother and daughter who has deep love for each other. The mother (played by Kim Hae Sook) is always proud of her daughter (Park Jin Hee). As a mother, she can do anything for her beloved daughter. Even, when her daughter has grown up as a smart woman she always treats her as a little girl that makes the daughter feels dejected sometime. One day, the daughter suddenly comes to her mother and takes her on three-day trip. But the mother can feel that her daughter’s behavior is change and makes her wonder what has happened. Then, she learns that her beloved daughter is in the last phases of cancer.

Although, the plot isn’t a new one for Korean cinema, but the movie is still worth to watch with your family. The movie can re-mind us how we should grateful for our beloved mother’s existence and values the time with our mother.
