In the City of Brightness in a new world in the year 2030, the evil power has spread throughout the City. And actually, the City is not bright at all. ‘Brilliant Detective’ Leo comes to know that the most wicked ‘Crazy Gangster Group’ are secretly making research into a brain-control device to control the humans. Whilst gathering the criminal evidence to sue the Group, the Group send killers from its subordinate the ‘Horrific Tiger Gang’ to stop Leo’s investigation. In a plenty of fight against the Gang, Leo was framed and put into jail at the critical moment! Finally, with Leo’s strong will and determination, Leo has eventually defeated the evil power and conquered the ‘Horrific Tiger Gang’ to safeguard the peace of the City. Moreover, Leo has also succeeded in ruining the invention plan of the ‘Crazy Gangster Group’ displaying poetic justice and chivalry to the full extent.
